It was an amazing post today on the active traders page at 14:32 regarding Mary Meeker's call on internet stocks. You were 15 minutes ahead of CNBC and Maria Bartiromo's Mid day call on this topic. Excellent Job. I was able to clean up ahead of the momentum train. The minute Maria started talking about Mary Meeker's call, all the stocks started moving up rapidy. Stockwinners, RE: ACTIVE TRADERS SITE I would like to congratulate you since your site provides excellent info for the active trader. However, I do have one strong suggestion: It seems that your staff could only benefit from the acquisition of a "short" trader. The reason why is as follows: the great majority of your recommendations are long positions, even during times of down markets. The few short positions you do choose are 1) highly successful and 2) highly profitable. Since I never trade against the market, I find myself only using your service on "up" days while not referring to your site in down markets.While I realize that your staff does not actually "pick" stocks but rather recommend stocks for further investigation, it might be beneficial to consider more shorting recommendations and info, especially during down markets. Keep up the good work. SLP

I really love the Active Page. I trade mainly in Canadian dollars in Montreal - so please give information of those stocks too if possible (NT, JDU etc.) My only comment on the site is that the loop is not always closed - i.e., ''good news'' - I wait there like the proverbial sitting duck for 'something' and usually end up getting shot! I love the site and even though I can't use it to the fullest because of currency problems I still am happy to subscribe.

Congrats on your new ACTIVE TRADERS SECTION! Much needed. I have always thought that the a weak link in your site was the lack of real time follow-up on your Rumor Mill and Today's Picks. This fills this void.

My only criticisms on your site right now are:
1) The reasoning why you choose your Option Picks is usually not explained. And I will not buy ANYTHING just because Stockwinners says so. I need to know why a particular PUT or CALL have been selected that day.

2) UPDATE THE RUMOR MILL MORE OFTEN!!! Tell us if you still like a rumor, tell us what you think of the CURRENT price of a rumor, even if you first mentioned it a month ago! Always put an option along with it and tell us if you still like the original strike price mentioned But, in general, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

After yesterday's close I feel like picking the shrapnel out of my xxx. Jim Cramer suggests that (greedy) traders received margin calls and got sold out in the final hour, exacerbating the decline. Its hard to believe that people would go deeper on margin after the Nasdaq's rocket ride, but that's human nature, I guess. Therefore I agree with you that this "correction" will be short-lived. Keep up the good work.

Please change billing to ANNUAL, $220 vs $24 per month and confirm change. It wasn't real clear that I would save $68 if I paid in full.

BTW - I made $3000 last week on $9600 invested in CIEN as a trial subscription. I wouldnt have joined if i couldnt test your track record for a couple weeks on trial basis.

This is a letter of appreciation. When I first stumbled on your site I thought you might be one of those cheesy stock promotors. I tried your 2 week trial anyway and followed your recommendations and was very impressed with the performance I saw. It was like you had a crystal ball or a time machine to view the future. Needless to say I purchased your services and actually invested money on your recommendations. I have seen a 35% appreciation in the last 2 weeks...WOW! ( I know this may not always be possible but I'm very happy just the same). Now for my question. On your tip sheet there is an area that refers to "Insider Trend Index". Just joined your two week trial subscription at stockwinners. However, I am a bit skeptical as to your motives on the site. Your company sounds like the ones I read about in the New York Times who lure investors with hot talk, then pump and dump the stocks.

I am only 22 years of age, and I am currently very interested in the market. My only fear is that I will be one of the stories I read about in the paper. I don't want to get burned like a sucker. Has your company ever been
featured in respected publications with legitamite articles regarding success. Are you members of any organizations like the Better Business Bureau?

Also, anyone can make testimonials like the ones on your site. For all I know, you can have your friends send in those email testimonials. They don't mean squat. I want cold hard facts that your company is legitimate with moral and decent human beings.

I just wanted to send you guys a note and a thank you for your hard work finding these picks. I know that not all your picks go straight up, no one can get them right all the time. But yesterday I received you market alert on

Thanks for the information on Interdigital Communications (IDC). Checked it out when the rumor was posted on your site! Found tremendous momentum with a great potential product. I bought in at a little over 25 and within four days it closed at 75! In the last week, the media has been calling it the "Baby QCom" and it is the talk on all the messages boards. Thanks again!
