The companys product pipeline includes AMITIZA for the treatment of chronic idiopathic constipation in adults; irritable bowel syndrome with constipation in adult women; opioid-induced constipation in patients with chronic non-cancer pain; chronic constipation; and pediatric functional constipation.
Its product pipeline also consists of Unoprostone Isopropyl, which is in Phase III trial for the treatment of retinitis pigmentosa and in pre-clinical stage for the treatment of geographic atrophy; and Cobiprostone that has completed Phase Ib trial for the treatment of oral mucositis, as well as in Phase II trial for the treatment of non-erosive reflux diseases.
