CubeSmart (CUBE) is a self-administered and self-managed real estate investment trust. 

The Company's self-storage properties are designed to offer affordable, easily accessible and secure storage space for residential and commercial customers.

According to the 2020 Self-Storage Almanac, CubeSmart is one of the top three owners and operators of self-storage properties in the United States. 

On November 4th, it reported 3rd Quarter September 2021 earnings of $0.56 per share on revenue of $212.6 million. The consensus earnings estimate was $0.53 per share on revenue of $202.4 million. Revenue grew 23.2% on a year-over-year basis.

The company said it expects fourth quarter funds from operations of $0.56 to $0.57 per share. The current consensus FFO estimate is $0.54 per share for the quarter ending December 31, 2021.

Since the earnings report, shares have formed a shallow bullish "cup and handle" and higher share prices are expected. Note that the company pays a dividend with a yield of 3.08%.
